Myers-Briggs This is a test to identify personal preferences. This system was developed during World War II by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers. This model is based on four preferences. These are: Where you direct your energy, how you process information, how you make decisions and how you organize your life.
Strong Interest Inventory Test
This test is more accurately classed as an inventory test, which helps measures a person's interest against the interests of people who are already in the profession the person is showing an interest in. This test was originally devised in the 1920s and has been revised many times since. It's used today to help people understand what they like and don't like about their jobs.
Its premise is based on six different themes: realistic, investigative, enterprising, conventional, social, artistic.
